The project: To rebrand MCBS and to review all internal and external material.
MCBS deliver electrical power through designing and implementing the best infrastructures, being installed and maintained to the highest standard. With growing success they soon realised they needed to raise their profile, to be instantly recognised and associated with the installation of power.
Having a wide range of materials to express the company brand, consideration was required to not only create a new brand that conveyed the values of MCBS, but one that could be applied across diverse mediums, such as van signage for their large fleet of vehicles, uniforms and all documentation and marketing collateral. It was important to ensure the whole team was behind this new brand initiative and that they delivered the excellence of service that the brand promised.
Having clearly defined their offer, we swiftly demonstrated how that would translate to their vehicles as this is their most public facing asset – the aim, to capture potential customer’s attention. The new identity was then rolled out across all touch-points.
MCBS now has a well-established identity which has gained much positive feedback and has placed them as a front runner in their industry – being invited to tender for greater value contracts and attracting better calibre staff. With high employee retention who have a genuine pride in the company, the staff fully value the power of branding and are mindful of always delivering the very best service.
